svg not showing?

I used svg in the project, after the assembly the icons are not displayed. In the code inspector, when hovering over the svg element: shadow-root (closed)
Although, when working on a local server, all icons are visible

Do you think if you haven't shown the code on ru.stackoverflow.com then the question will become clearer here? Or do you think there are hereditary grandchildren of Grandma Vanga here, but there are none on stackoverflow?
