Suspend your oDesk account?

Greetings, dear, such a misfortune - they suspended the acc on February 27th. to Odessa. The reason is not correctly filled in the account (i.e. something is wrong, which was not specifically indicated, but they just uploaded a video of what the account should be.)
The next day they indicated the reason (I did not change the type of account from private to public). But the first ticket remained hanging.
As a result, I fixed everything, all tickets were closed except for the first one, the first one is still hanging. The acc was not restored, when I try to send it for rechecking (resubmit) it gives an error and asks to contact the support. Support closes all new tickets, with a deviation that you have already created a ticket (for February 27), we will solve everything within 24-48 hours, but nothing is solved, letters come in template ...
What should I do? Create a new acc?

I wrote to the old ticket 3 times already, so I did not receive an answer to a single question.
live chat is disabled, in the process due to the suspension of the account.
Even in the profile, the "resubmit" button throws an error after clicking...
