Summing the speed of providers using Bonding. Is it possible?

Mikrotik router.
There are 2 Internet access via LTE.
There is Cloud RouterOS installed on the VPS.
If you create 2 EoIP connections via L2TP on a VPS and wrap them in Bonding, can you achieve speed summation by this?
I tried to do the same by connecting via PPPoE through 2 EoIP at the same time (MLPPP), but the summation did not happen, the download still occurs via one of the connections. Although judging by the manual MLPPP should sum up the speed.

Bonding is not needed, it is enough to register a route through 2 gateways, then traffic through the tunnels will be balanced through ECMP.
