Sudden reboot and next error panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff7f972d53c5). What needs to be fixed in the system?

This problem occurs quite often and the laptop goes into a reboot against my will, its text is like this

Try resetting the SMC might help
and System Preferences > Network > Thunderbolt Bridge (right click > Make Service Inactive)
