How to install Mac os on MacBook Air 11th year?

Good day to all!
I had such a problem: I bought a MacBook a couple of days ago in working condition, there can be no doubt about its performance. In general, I accidentally deleted the disk where the Macos was and now I can't install it again. I tried everything: bootable flash drives, wrote disks with windows, tried to specify the Apple id of the old owner during installation - everything is useless! What could be the problem and how can I solve it? With a standard installation, it gives an error This item is temporarily unavailable.

In general, it is usually enough to download the OSX dmg image and upload it to a USB flash drive. For example, from under Ubuntu

Without details, it is difficult to understand where the problem is. What version of OSX are you installing? How long has the firmware been updated in the beech?

Firstly, if the Recovery partition is alive, then when you turn it on, you can enter it if you hold down Option (or another, as it happens in different ways), reformat the main partition in the disk utility and reinstall OS X.
I also had a case when there was formatted the entire disk without partitions. Just FAT-32. (We put XP in Bootcamp and did not partition the disk) then via UEFI via Ethernet (WiFi) if you again hold down when you turn it on, it will check the MacBook on the Apple server and restore it to the factory state.
