Successful startup cases of Telegram bots?

We have a telegram bot project for surveying customers, we are actively working on it and have not yet launched it.
For some reason, there is very little information on the Internet about successful bots, so a quite reasonable question arose, are they popular? Are there any major projects in this area?

Personally, I have the opinion that telegram bots are very promising due to their ease of unification in the interface, is this a big misconception?

Asking a similar question back in 2018 .
In short, bots are popular, but they are hardly suitable as the main driver of a startup that aims for money. This is especially enhanced if narrowed down to specific telegram bots. As an additional channel, yes - telegram bots probably allow you to reach some additional audience that is not covered by other channels.
It seems that the chatbot industry has moved more and more into mobile applications that allow you to implement all the tricks that marketers come up with and are not bound by the limitations of a particular platform.

Name an AI bot and you'll be popular, pardon my snobbery.
On business. It is promising, yes, some tasks can be automated if the company has enough clients in telegrams. But as a rule, the company is unlikely to brag about this. You don't write happy news that you can be contacted in an incredible way, using email?
Just look for companies that have telegrams in their communication methods.
