Subscribing to multicast on Windows is intermittent.?

This is not the first time I have encountered a problem: my program opens the connection and multicast packets arrive only for a certain time of 5-10 minutes. Then everything dies. Wireshark shows that UPD packets from the IP address of interest have stopped coming.
The output ` netsh interface ip show joins ` confirms the subscription. And the number of links to this address (1). But Wireshark never sees IGMP packets either before or after failure. By the way, on systems where everything works well? Shark shows IGMP membership report group packets are stable.
Tell me where to dig. Once on one of the computers, reinstalling Windows helped. This time, the solution is unsatisfactory.
This is the problem of one computer, or rather one copy of Venda.

@karabanov

Maybe a firewall/antivirus is blocking the reports?

"Solved" by disabling IGMP snooping in the router. But this is not a solution.
