Submitted URL returns false 404 error. What should I do?

GSC swears that 3 URLs (the number is slowly growing) return a false 404 error.
https://nedviga-pro.com/dzhentrifikatsiya-gorodov-...
https://nedviga-pro.com/reyting-ukrainskih-saytov -...
https://nedviga-pro.com/v-aktive-gruppy-kompaniy-t...
But on the site, all of the above URLs have a path with /ru or /ua

Question: Why does Googlebot try to index non-existent pages and how can I fix these errors?

Hello!
The problem is that non-existent pages return 200 OK instead of 404 Not Found , thereby showing the robots that the page exists. How to fix - depends on the CMS on which the site is running.
