Submit a bug found in ie9?

I found a strange bug in IE9 (9.0.8112.16421), I did not find an easy way to send it to Microsoft. Can someone send?

To be able to add bug reports to the MS bug tracker , you should register in Windows Live and use the received login/password to log in to the bug tracker.
