Submenu output from a standard infoblock?

Hello colleagues!
There is a task to display pages that are created through the top panel in the bottom menu of the site.
For example, there is a section /about/ (Information), in which I created 3 pages: About us, Contacts, Branches. It is necessary that in the lower menu, all these pages are displayed at the parent - Information.
In the example below, you need to display pages from three sections (information, online services, directory)
Example (final result):
Information :: Online Services :: Directory
- About us.........- Personal account.- Metal panels
- Contacts........- Authorization.......- Eco-polyurethane
- Branches........- Registration........- Materials catalog
