How to properly configure the cache in Bitrix?

Good day to all!
I am optimizing the site, and I found a problem that the components of the catalog and the components of the product card are not cached, which is why the statistics are very poor. In the core itself, autocaching is enabled, the managed cache is also enabled, the cache itself is stored in files. I tried to enable auto + managed for the components in the caching type, but the result showed that for different users (who have their own prices, balances, discounts, etc.), the same cache page is displayed, i.e. for example, a client from the Far East is shown Moscow balances and prices, not his city.
What to do, is there something wrong with the components, or is the problem something else?
I forgot to write, compositing is enabled, in the Standard mode setting with overwriting delay.
