sublime text. Where did the Package Control commands go?

Hello. Today I needed to install an extension to Sublime Text and... As it turned out, all the "commands" in the Command Palette and the items in the window menu that this extension added... They are gone!
Google does not find anything more valuable than pages from the category "Exploring the possibilities of Package Control", and a rough reinstallation does not help. I am confused.

Preferences -> Settings-Users
Check that there is no Package Control in ignored_packages
