I heard that in America there is some kind of advanced course, or something like that, for teaching programming, it's called something like "coding", maybe someone has heard of this and can give more information about this, otherwise Google does not give results due to this common name, the course

Well, Standford University offers a bunch of courses for free https:/ /www.youtube.com/user/StanfordUniversity/pl... (search according to your taste, there are almost any topic and not only programming, but also mathematics).
There are also a huge number of resources for learning and a lot of them for free.
Coding is like google "coding" in Russian. You will have millions of pages of course results.
