Sublime Text, open tabs and cloud how to do?

I use Sublime Text to write notes and would like to be able to view (and preferably edit) them from other devices, such as my phone.
The editor itself saves all open tabs, including unsaved ones, when it is closed (to the Session.sublime_session file in the Local folder), and also makes an auto-backup (Auto Save Session.sublime_session). So here's how to make it so that:
1. The Session.sublime_session file saves copies of itself with the date and time.
2. Information from these files (because there is a lot of service information) was saved in a simple text or HTML file.

I can offer options:
1. Write your own plugin.
2. Use the plugin for evernote - then you can watch from your phone.
