Sublime Text doesn't see python. Why?

Hello.
Just started to learn python, and immediately the problem. The computer has windows 10, Sublime Text 3 and python-2.7.11 installed. When applying any code, it gives the error
"Python was not found but can be installed from the Microsoft Store: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?linkID=2082640[Finished in 1.1s]"

Fuck the second Python, it's no longer supported. Install Python 3.
