Sublime text 3 stopped opening files via fstp, how to fix?

Good afternoon.
I've been using sublime text 3 for a long time and never had problems opening files from a server. I work on ubuntu 16.04, Sublime text 3065. No plugins for opening files via ftp, I never installed sftp, everything worked out of the box. I connected via sftp to the server via nautilus (Convenient, very convenient), set the necessary files to be opened by default via Sublime text and everything opened, edited and saved normally.
But yesterday, for some unknown reason, sublime stopped opening files from any server (local opens). In nautilus on the server, sublime has been removed from the default editor. And when you make an attempt to open a file, it just opens the editor, but the file does not.
Another proger is working with me. He has 7 and sublime text 2 and never had such a problem.
Tried reinstalling sublime, deleting all plugins - didn't help.
Through gedit and LibreOffice, files can be easily opened. By the way, brackets also does not open from the server.
Notepadqq gives an error "protocol not supported for file "s ftp://... ""
Who can tell me what?

@Hando

I would roll back the system, if it did not help, I would try to install sublime 2. If another editor also does not open from the server, there may be some problems with access rights.
