Sublime text 3 no top toolbar, operating system is ubuntu.. How to fix this?

I installed sublime text 3, the toolbar is not displayed .. how to return it ... (the same with the notepad ++), maybe something needs to be installed on the system itself? Or is it still a problem specifically with the editors?
