Sublime won't start?

I made a copy of the sublime settings according to this manual nicothin.pro/page/kak-poluchit-moi-nastrojki-subli...
After that, the sublime stopped running, opens and immediately ends.
Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help.

How can I fix it?
