Styles are cut off when opening the developer panel in chrome, why?

Hello. After updating Google Chrome to 52 or 53, I can’t say for sure if problems started during development on a local server. When you open the Right Click > Inspect developer panel on the site, the styles are cut off, as if the link to the css file was deleted, but if you disable some property and turn it back on, the styles return back. A trifle but very annoying. How to fix?
