Stupor in the development of js (and not only) How to be?
Hello.
I am a layout designer, I know html, css, weak js basics. (c#) or to the company, but this is only possible in 1.5 years).
Everyone says learn php, wordpress and all that to earn more, but there is one problem! I don’t like php and everything connected with it, but I really like JavaScript (do all sorts of things on it (sliders, windows, mini animations).
Tell me what to do?Where to develop further?Thank you!
PS don't talk about the basics of js)I'm already deepening and I want to start reading books on js

JS of course learn. Then nodejs, reactjs, angular. But there is still such a moment in freelancing - do not think that your earnings depend on a specific technology (like “now I will learn nodejs and I will cut $ 300 a day”), no. Find what you really like and grow in this direction as much as possible + learn how to sell your skills. Something like this, I hope more experienced people will correct something if I wrote something wrong.
If you don't like php, try your hand at Nodejs. This is server-side js, and there is already room for growth. A promising thing for sure.
"Like-dislike, sleep, my..."
$150 for two months is below the statistical error. $150 per day - well, where else did it go. As one good person from another industry says, "Until you've made $1,000,000, don't jump to conclusions about what you like..."
The basics of all popular PLs are similar. Only if you talk about what you like and what you don't like, the essence somehow passes by. It looks like this is where your problem lies.
PPS I'm not talking you out of doing JS. I dissuade you from reasoning "like-dislike".

You can start with Javascript for Kids by Nick Morgan. A very good thing.
In parallel, run tests on https://learn.freecodecamp.org/, then You Don't Know JS on YouTube/books.
