Stupid question: did I steal Visual Studio?

Hello.
I apologize in advance for the stupid question. At work, we bought Visual Studio 2013. There was an iso on the LAN. I thought that this was just an installer and that it needed a key, so I downloaded this iso file to my personal laptop in order to then take the DreamSpark program key and activate it. However, the studio activated itself:

At work, they said that we have 22 licenses.
Questions:
1. Does this mean that I robbed my employer and now he has one less license?
2. What happens if I delete my studio? Will it fix what's wrong?
Guys, tell me plz who knows how it works. Thank you all in advance!
PS:
They wrote on the Internet regarding the keys for the Dream Spark program, that in principle any student can give the downloaded product (licensed) to anyone and it is not possible to track it. Is this the case for a commercial license?

I once downloaded this way, too, it didn’t require keys and worked quietly for myself)

Try https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/... here to check the number of remaining activations for the key. Otherwise, in the future, the administrator at work will have to communicate with MS technical support and find out where this one license is.
P.S. activated other products in this way, VS did not have to.

As far as I remember, the MS agreement states that under an MSDN subscription, you have the right to install products on any computer, incl. home (maybe you work there?).
