How to add TinyMCE to VS Windows Form project?

There was a need to write an admin panel in a Windows Form in Visual Studio C#. Now you need to add TinyMCE, but I don’t know how it is generally added to the visual. I did not find instructions on the Internet. Please describe the process of adding or throw links where this process is described in detail.

TinyMCE is a library for the Web. Either write a web admin panel, or look for analogues of WYSIWYG controls under win forms.

Obviously add a WebBrowser control and put TinyMCE into it.
