stunnel installation which port to use?

I use the manuals here https://github.com/Xaqron/openvpn https://github.com/Xaqron/stunnel should
I specify 443 or 1194? , and at the end in the Windows settings in Accept, the address 127.0.0.1 is generally used. What is it?

Why are you using these manuals? What do you want to get as a result?
It's some kind of oil. You are wrapping one encrypted connection into another encrypted connection. It's probably cool, but it doesn't make sense. Explain why this is for you?
1194 is the default openvpn port and this UDP port. Although no one bothers to use the same port on TCP. And this port can be changed.
But stunnel uses SSL and TCP. The most common port for this purpose is 443, which is the default port for HTTPS traffic. Therefore, it is suggested here to use port 443. But you are not required to do this - choose any port you want.

Accept generally uses the address 127.0.0.1

This phrase tells stunnel to only listen on local (127.0.0.1) port 443, i.e. it will not accept connections from external addresses. This is usually done when you need to encrypt the traffic of some application (if it itself does not know how to do this). Then the application and stunnel run on the same computer and stunnel listens only to the local port. The application then connects to stunnel.
