Hello, I want to improve my skills, I found a university that I like and not too expensive.
But the trouble is that it is not public, but private.
Can there be problems in the future with getting a job?
What are the differences between the State and Private universities (education)?

If you are also going for higher education, then it is better to focus exclusively on top state / foreign universities, of course, taking into account your capabilities. I judge from personal experience, tk. studied in Russia and in a good state, and commercial.
As a result, I made the following conclusions for myself:
1. In modern society, they are still met by clothes, the attitude towards graduates of strong state / foreign universities and graduates of the Horn and Hoof institutes, no matter what they say, is very different.
2. The contingent in universities is radically different. In commercial 90% of students gouging, which by the will of fate brought to the university. In strong educational institutions, such students are eliminated in the 1-3 year. Unfortunately, in commercial they receive diplomas.
3. As a consequence of paragraph 2, in a good university there are more chances to meet really interesting and strong fellow students and teachers. And if we talk about the future, then all your institute friends are your professional connections in the future, so decide which connections will be more useful for you.
4. At a private university, the main priority is not to give you knowledge, but to make money, total hack work and neglect of the learning process is a normal phenomenon.
5. The level of teachers is radically different. In strong universities, as a rule, teachers are stronger.
I could go on, but so much has happened. For myself, I made an unequivocal choice in favor of strong universities.
ps And, yes, a diploma from a commercial university does not cause rejection among employers

And in the beginning - skills, ideally confirmed by certificates of well-known courses.
Then there is work experience.
The diploma of any university, if it is not included in the top 100 world universities, will be more or less irrelevant (the main thing is that it just exists). What matters is what you can do and how you do it.

Even before you finish your studies, they can take away accreditation from a private company (if there is one at all, it is not uncommon for a university or faculty). The diploma plays a role if you decide to move abroad, to study or work - there are different databases where you can see if the diploma of a given university is recognized or not.
To gain additional knowledge or to improve your skills, it is better to choose universities / courses with high-quality content, good teaching staff, excellent material base and good connections with the industry - this will increase the chances of employment. The educational tradition of the post-Soviet countries did not contribute to the development of good private universities. And the modern ones do not yet have a sufficient mathematical base and enough time to develop competitiveness.
