I don't have a very common question.
Imagine you have a dream/vision/enlightenment.
There is a very unusual thought and idea in this insight.
When you wake up, of course, check it out.
For research, a lot of instruments are needed, for a start, at least a microscope that can work at the level of displaying the crystal lattice of the objects under study. I'm not good at them myself. You also need a few gems.
Naturally, all these things cost money and a lot, it is at least stupid to waste them, based on sleep)

Question: where can I order research? How not to run into those who "throw" with the results?

Yes, I’m not a drug addict and I don’t drink at all, it’s just that what I dreamed was very stuck in my head, for 4 months in a row I can’t get rid of this haunting thought.
I myself am a system administrator, I have nothing to do with scientific research or research at all.

Well, if you have a completely hopeless situation: both theoretically and practically you can’t check it in any way, well, tell the others about your idea. Maybe it will really turn out to be so useful that humanity will take off in the truest sense of the word!
And so - it will sit in your head, and when someone thinks of the same, you can only try in vain to prove that you were the first ...

1. start research from university reading rooms. getting the status of an applicant and access to books is not difficult. of course, everything depends on the city, but according to the author’s resume posted on Habré, he lives in the Moscow region, which means that there are specialized universities

By the way, there is another way. some scientific institutions are engaged in the cultivation of diamonds. for example, in Nizhny Novgorod, IPFRAN does this. You can try through these companies.

Do you not tell anyone what you are talking about because you are afraid that the idea will bring millions, and it will be stolen?
I don't believe that an idea dreamed by a non-specialist in the field can be so wonderful.

By the middle of the question, it began to seem to me that you were writing straight out of a dream.
If you don’t want to burn the idea, then it’s better to pull up the theory - maybe the need for experiments will disappear by itself. And even more so, not all sensible friends went to sysadmins.
