Studio cannot create project - (VS 2017 Pro) How to solve?

When creating a project, I get the following error:

Tell me how to fix it?
PS: I updated everything to the latest updates (deleting and reinstalling did not help)

The WIC component is probably throwing an exception ( list of error codes ).
Try reinstalling it .
