Stuck transaction in Oracle?

I have three strange transactions in the dba_2pc_neighbors table that it is not clear how to delete, in theory, all stuck transactions should also be in the dba_2pc_pending table, on which you can make a commit force. But there's nothing there. How to delete transaction data?
