Good afternoon. Need to implement a stream (broadcast) player | OBS -> Device | with a minimum delay (1-10 sec.) on an android device, in the java or kotlin programming language. Protocols are welcome: WebRTC, RTMP, RTSP. Willing to pay (if within reason). I really hope for help, because. I haven't been able to solve this problem for a very long time.
