Strange visits to the site, how to get rid of?

For some time now I have been observing in the metrics of two of my sites the visits of the same person / robot through strange links. There are no such links in my ad! In those. support unfold with the same type of phrases about their "ideal algorithm", which eliminates all clicks. It comes to the site from the IP network "OJSC Rostelecom, Tula branch",
