Strange Ubuntu 12.04 Behavior

Good time of the day! I installed Ubuntu 12.04 for myself, before that I was sitting on arch. Input Devices:

[email protected]:~$ xinput
⎡ Virtual core pointer id=2	[master pointer (3)]
⎜ ↳ Virtual core XTEST pointer id=4	[slave pointer (2)]
⎜ ↳ Wacom ISDv4 EC Pen stylus id=9	[slave pointer (2)]
⎜ ↳ Wacom ISDv4 EC Pen eraser id=13	[slave pointer (2)]
⎜ ↳ Atmel Atmel maXTouch Digitizer id=14	[slave pointer (2)]
⎜ ↳ Conexant USB Audio id=15	[slave pointer (2)]
⎜ ↳ Logitech USB Receiver id=16	[slave pointer (2)]
⎜ ↳ Logitech USB Receiver id=17	[slave pointer (2)]
⎜ ↳ Genius BT Keyboard id=18	[slave pointer (2)]
⎜ ↳ Cypress Sem PS2/USB Browser Combo Mouse id=19	[slave pointer (2)]
⎣ Virtual core keyboard id=3	[master keyboard (2)]
↳ Virtual core XTEST keyboard id=5	[slave keyboard (3)]
    ↳ Power Button id=6	[slave keyboard (3)]
    ↳ Video Bus id=7	[slave keyboard (3)]
    ↳ Power Button id=8	[slave keyboard (3)]
    ↳ WebCam SC-30AFL11449M id=10	[slave keyboard (3)]
    ↳ WebCam SC-20FHM11347N id=11	[slave keyboard (3)]
↳ AT Translated Set 2 keyboard id=12	[slave keyboard (3)]

And now the crux of the problem: Something started to go crazy. When you turn on the tablet, it seems as if the key is stuck, and where you do not hover the cursor, accordingly, it starts to open endlessly. Then suddenly after a minute it disappears. Also, a bug that just infuriates is observed in the file manager. Visited both nautilus and nemo. If you move the cursor and select a file, then when you try to call the properties of this file, the focus is lost. Also, if you open any Gnome window, for example, the properties of a folder or file, then dragging the mouse over the text, for example, the size of the folder, etc. That text is highlighted. WTF???!!!
What has been done: The mouse changed, disabled all other input sources via xinput, namely:
Wacom ISDv4 EC Pen stylus
 Wacom ISDv4 EC Pen eraser
Atmel Atmel maXTouch Digitizer
Logitech USB Receiver
Genius BT Keyboard

Now I installed Cinnamon - everything is the same
Added a video where the essence of the problem is visible

Did a clean install on 13.04. Bug is still there. It is noticed that if you reboot, it disappears for a while. Still waiting for a decision

try

xev|grep state

see what events are generated in response to your actions.
but in general I’m not surprised, in 12.04 I constantly have small dirty tricks, then the focus is lost, then something is not clicked, then something is clicked twice (it’s like this bug bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver- xorg-input-evdev/+bug/365300 ), and it can't even be reported, because not reproduced and it is not clear what is happening.
