Strange start of Chrome, how to win?

When you start chrome in Win8, some kind of shell is first launched, dark in color, similar to chromeOS, it has its own "start", and you can already start chrome from it.
Tell me how to remove it? The extensions of the left do not seem to be installed.

Most likely chrome is running in "Windows 8 mode". Open Chrome inside this shell and then go to the settings drop down menu and select "Run in desktop mode"
