Strange mouse behavior?

Good afternoon.
The mouse periodically turns off with a characteristic system sound. It usually turns off for about a second, the shutdown occurs at different frequencies - it happens once every half an hour, sometimes it turns off non-stop.
I've tried all the obvious solutions:

  • other mice on this computer also turn off, on other computers they behave normally
  • the same in other USB ports
  • the rest of the peripherals behave normally
  • updated drivers, reinstalled windows
  • turning off the device to save power is prohibited

Once I managed to fix it for a while by throwing the mouse wire onto the monitor. I have no idea how this can affect, but when the wire was on the monitor, it did not turn off. If the wire fell - instantly turned off. So it worked for 5 days, then it began to turn off as before, what was on the monitor, what was not on it.
Also, when it starts to disconnect nonstop, it can be stopped by turning the mouse upside down with the laser ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This may indicate that the problem is in the wire, but, again, the mouse behaves normally on other computers, and other mice are also disabled on this computer.

Wrong, but not useless option:

Провод перебит около мест сгибов, которые образовывались при перекидке через монитор, или у самого основания мыши. Из-за того, что перегибали вы сильно и не в постоянном положении, то разрыв был ещё сильнее растянут.
Место находится точечным перегибанием провода, чинится вскрытием изоляции, перепайкой и обновлением изоляции.

Perhaps you wiggle the connector when using the mouse, which was leveled by the reversal of the wire, the connectors are firmly seated in their places?

I can assume that the problem is with the power supply, and the mice eat more than the keyboard. Try replacing the PSU.
