I run an unremarkable blog dedicated to my own developments and examples of tasks in C #, according to statistics, it has 80% of visitors from the USA with a CHROME browser from Linux, a blog in Russian, and therefore the question is, who are these people ?!:) And what are they forgot in my blog) Is this how search robots are defined?

Well, look at the statistics where they come from.
PS white bots don't hide and always say who they are in UA.

No, search robots always say in their user agent that this is, for example, "google bot".
Look at the sources through google analytics or referrer in the logs and it will become clear where the traffic comes from.
Also read about "referrer spam", usually when there is a small influx of illogical traffic - this is it.
