Strange Behavior SSD OCZ - Dying?
Good afternoon.
There were problems with the SSD OCZ VERTEX 4.
The story is as follows, in chronological order:
1. The day before yesterday, when loading, I received an error that the system disk was not found, after rebooting everything was fine, I attributed it to a one-time glitch.
2. Yesterday, when I tried to turn on the computer, I received a blue screen with the code 0x0000124, and a message that the memory dump did not take place with the error 0xC000009C. after the reboot, the bios hung for a long time on the definition of sata devices, saw 4 that there were four of them, but determined only three (two railways and optics), respectively, ssd was not detected.
3. Today, when the computer was turned on, ssd was determined, I did not boot into Windows, but made a backup from Linux installed in parallel on the train. FS looks undamaged. Smart is good.
But when I did the tests, I was surprised by the very low write speed and long access time, I tested it with the program from OCZ.
Screenshots of smart and test below.
Question - what to do to bring the disk to life? There is no longer a guarantee, the data is not important. backed up.
