Strange behavior of Safari with the top sites tab, what?

I put the system here from scratch, captain 10.11.3, inside safari 9.0.3.
I notice such garbage as in the picture:

Appears after using the browser lightly (restarting solves the problem), you need to open 10-20 tabs, walk around the sites, then all of a sudden when you open a new tab with top sites like this...
Basically everything works , but infuriates :) Who met? How were they treated? Resetting safari doesn't help. Zero system. There are no plugins or extensions.

If anyone is interested, Punto Switcher is to blame for everything, the very first language switch (manual, in my case, or automatic - no difference), immediately made such an effect. It helped to reinstall the Yandex division to an older version (1.4), then upgrade to the latest one and only that way ... for some reason.
