Binaries under IE and under all others differ in pom. So to be honest, I would write it down as a bug. Here only to knock on Adobe

Is it possible to find out how this flash drive was created? Maybe certain types of objects are buggy (MovieClip, Grapics, Button), or is the flash drive sharpened for an antediluvian version of the flash player? Or, you never know, maybe something is wrong with ActionScript ...
I would like to figure out in what cases this can manifest itself.

It's hard to say so.
Try as options:
- remove (replace with opaque ) the value for wmode . Moreover, try different options - only the <object wmode... attribute, only the <param name="wmode"... parameter, neither one nor the other, etc. Try removing <param bgcolor.
- perhaps the problem was when exporting the flash drive to swf - check the publish parameters. Perhaps there is a transparency setting. By the way, it seems to me more that the problem is in the .fla itself. Other movies on the stage with normal transparency are displayed.
- Variations with CSS styles of the flash container block can help. position:absolute add. z-index.…
