Storing movies for a website on google drive?

I want to store files on Google drive for a site with films. What does Google do in general in such cases? Well, that is, the logic is such that movies in the player will be loaded from Google drive, will there be any claims against me for piracy or something like that? Ban for example Google drive or cleaning without my consent, etc. Who has experienced this? I just saw that many sites take the player from some kind of base, like a moonwalk, how does it all work in this case?
