Storing certificates from previous WMSvc installations?

Good afternoon everyone, the essence of the question is this. I have a 2012 R2 server, IIS role was deployed, WMSvc certificate was removed after deployment. After all this, the role was removed and redeployed. Is it possible for the system to store an old certificate, or information about it? and if so where? Also where does NETSH get its information and certificates from? More specifically, in the output of the "netsh http show sslcert" command, it shows a certificate that has been removed from IIS and MMC.

All installed certificates can be seen in the Certificates mmc snap-in. If it's not there and you haven't saved it as a file on disk, then you've probably lost the certificate.
