It is necessary to switch from Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2019 due to increased functionality, but there are several problems:
1. Not a very nice graphical interface.

How to bring back the old taskbar in the new Windows Server 2019?
2. How to export Active Directory, LDAP, IIS, RDS settings and import them back into the system after a complete reinstallation?

AD doesn't migrate like that. Deploy a separate domain controller and decommission the old one.
Can use virtual on the same machine via Hyper-V
