We need to organize the delivery of the video.
there are video lessons about 150 GB
Outgoing traffic is about 6-8 TB per month.
Suggest a solution for optimal and fast delivery of traffic to our customers.
Amazon s3 is not offered.
What is better to order a CDN with a bucket or a dedicated server?

In my opinion, it's easier to use a CDN. But also a little more expensive.
Alternatively, if video protection is required, look towards the Boomstream service . They offer secure storage and delivery.
