Stop selected scripts in the browser

To debug the code, you need to stop some of the scripts on the page. What is the easiest way to do this, for example, which browser to use? Tried through Google Dev, but it stops all scripts from running.
PS The scripts are placed in separate files.

maybe it's better to use something like webstorm from jetbrains?
