Stickers vs secret chat in Telegram?

Secret chat. One sends a sticker to the other. The recipient does not have a set of these stickers. Does the recipient's app download the sticker from the server or from the sender? If the former, then the chat is not fully secret.

A response came from technical support:
"From the server. But this does not violate its secrecy in any way: https://telegram.org/privacy#media-in-secret-chats ".
To which I wrote:
"The link is about "photos, videos or files". And the question is about stickers. Exactly where do the recipients get stickers from?
After all, stickers are not autonomous after downloading. If the author of the stickers changes or deletes them from the server, then they , respectively, will be changed or deleted from the user's phone.It is

Read any article that describes how encryption works in a telegram and you will immediately understand everything. it is completely secret
