I ask for help, I don’t know how to say it correctly, in understanding the steps in connecting and setting up calls through the browser.
Given: there is a user management system (phones/email/contacts). There are more than 50,000 contacts in the system. Telephony Asterisk
Task: to realize calls to clients through the browser.
Team: sys-admin, a couple of programmers, manager (me).
I want to study the issue first, and then pass it on to the team (I understand that I may be wrong in some way). Please share your experience in this matter.

WebRTC technology is used to make calls through a browser.
This module is bundled with FreePBX. But there are small difficulties in order to implement such a system. You need to certify the certificate in CA or make it self-signed.
