Stemming function for C#

Hello everyone,
The project needs a text stemming function for C#. I know about the Porter function, but it causes headaches, for example, it cuts off the word Texas and Texa, which is natural for further tf idf and SVD is not at all good. I would be glad if someone can throw a working stemming.
