Static IP from a megaphone. How to make port forwarding work?
There is a taxi master program that uses 2 ports 8089 + 22457. For a long time I used the Rostelecom provider with a static ip. Adsl modem with configured port forwarding. Everything was fine, but not satisfied with the speed of Internet access. I decided to switch to a bunch of 4g modem + keenetic 4g router. I ordered a static ip from Megafon. Set up an ip access point in the modem. ugsm. A static ip 31.173.xxx.xxx began to come to the router. Set up port forwarding on PC. The problem is that the ip given by the megaphone is somehow muddy. Port forwarding doesn't work. On sites like ping. eu writes - the port is closed. The program naturally does not plow. Moreover, in the settings of the router I open access to the web interface of the router via https and telnet - there is no access. As if the ports are closed by the provider. Support freezes. Where to dig? Problem with Megafon or crooked hands?

Most likely you have a double NAT. All new modems are flashed as a network card by default.
You need to additionally configure port forwarding in the USB modem itself - instructions
Or flash the modem into a stick and put it in the "only modem" mode.
I think - with Megafon. Cellular operators - they are generally such muddy comrades, I would not count on their statics.
