Starting a torrent server in php

There is a task - to raise your own torrent server on php.
There is little information in Google or I was looking in the wrong place.
Tell me ready-made modular solutions, with documentation?

Do you need a torrent tracker or torrent downloader? Things are different .. It
is better not to install a tracker from the advice below, since php for these purposes is, to put it mildly, buggy and resource-intensive ..
