How to send a message to a chat channel (channel) via the telegram API?

Recently, Telegram has the ability to create channels for mailing (Channels). How can the TELEGRAM API send messages/media to these channels?

You add the bot to the administrators, you get the chat id, and through the bot you send whatever you want to this id

So far, apparently in no way, APIs are probably being prepared. Haven't found any information on them yet.
