Start not working in windows 10?

The start-up in Windows 10 falls off periodically (does not respond to clicks). The task manager or context menu is displayed with a delay of one minute. It only helps to create a new profile, but many programs store settings in the registry and it's a horror to set everything up again.
It seems to me that I tried all sorts of ways to solve the problem, but nothing helped.
Updates are the latest. Has anyone come across this and know the solution.
Even if you create a new profile, then after a week 2 the problem will return for no reason.

You haven't tried the most important thing. Roll back to Win8/7.
In general, there may be problems with the hard drive, with viruses .... But Win10 is still cheese - in vain you voluntarily agree to be guinea pigs ....
