In general, yes. Some of your resources are loaded via HTTP, but should be loaded via HTTPS. By pressing Ctrl + Shift + J in chrome - the developer console will open, there you will see all the comments. It looks like you have a wordpress site. If everywhere in the admin panel it is indicated to use https, then you will have to dig deeper into the templates or the database, in order to search for urls to resources containing "http:", and replace them with https or remove "http:" from the URL altogether so that it starts with "/ /"
