SSL from Cloadflare what is Full (strict)?

What do these types mean, how do they work, can anyone explain clearly for each type?
And maybe examples of work

Flexible, this is when in the browser-Cloudflare-yourserver chain, encryption only goes from CF to the browser.
Full is when encryption goes from your server to CF too. And Full strict seems to be the same, but it requires that in your north there is either a CF certificate or some other with a high level of protection ...
